Returns
We accept returns only for unopened products. To initiate a return, contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued via the original payment method. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise specified by Wezmi.
Warranty
All products purchased from Wezmi come with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects or faulty products. The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse. To claim your warranty, contact our support team with your order number and a description of the issue. We will repair, replace, or refund the product as necessary.

All returns and warranty claims must reference your order number from your confirmation email.
